mark...the fat will actually slow the protein absorption so i&#039;d leave that out man... taking in fats pre workout isnt really a good idea... an hour before might be better...

maybe try getting some enzymes that might help...and also get a food intolerance test that might help you know what foods agree with you and what doesnt..

           thanks for the tips, pretty much got all that nailed but one thing that i&#039;m not sure about is i take a small spoon if coconut oil with a hydrolysed protein drink pre workout, is this ok as i thought it would encourage my body to burn fat as energy better.
