The recipes are intended to be a break from your traditional ‘Vegetables and Lean Meat’ diet that everyone has to ‘enjoy’ when trying to get lean.
I am NOT saying you should eat something from the book every day…(although there are healthy alternatives in here that you can have every day by the way)
What to expect:
1. Low-Medium carb
2. Very little processed ingedients (expecially processed sugars)
3. Sugar free deserts (with and without sweetener)
