Turns out i will more than likely be going to the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) annual conference.

Last year it was a deadly laugh! I was even upgraded from a BSc to a MS

I guess its just the nerd coming out in me wanting to go to Las Vegas to learn…It sounds like a bit of a contradiction eh?

Not to me, listening to Gray Cook, Alywn Cosgrove and Mike Boyle is a holiday in my books :-)

I am not 100% sure i will be going as i have a few things to tidy up before i even think of going… fingers crossed!

Right im a goon and left getting my ticket too late so i will be a ‘little’ late for the conference… its wrecking my head as i will miss my hero Gray Cook’s preconference talks.
