Mentoring and coaching programmes are great for providing direction and accountability. But at the end of the day, it will be your own energy and commitment that will ultimately result in return of your investment.

Nutritional/ Meal Plan Package…
The minimum duration of this program is 4 weeks/ one month.

There will not be any one-to-one coaching. This package is recommended to an international audience or people who are on a budget as meeting in person may not be plausible.
When you think about it, that equates to about €1.70/day for nutritonal plans, shopping lists and online assistance.
You simply fill in the questionnaire regarding your nutritional likes and dislikes and allergies (if any)and your program and meal plans will be ready for you in as little as 48 hours.
Its a steal if you ask me…pay a nutritionist €50 euro for her to hand you a picture of the food pyramid and see how far it gets you.
